Our cancellation policy is based on the rate selected upon reservation. 

Please note that for bookings made with our refundable reservation rates, cancellations or modifications must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid any charges.  Cancellations or modifications made within 72 hours of arrival, or in cases of a no-show, will result in a charge of 100% of the booking fee. 

For bookings made with our non-refundable rates, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.

While Maison 45 is designed with a quiet ambiance to ensure the utmost comfort, we warmly welcome families and children (aged 5 and above) and families to enjoy our hotel. Please note, extra beds can be requested from our Duplex Suites category and higher, at an extra charge of €150 per night.

Although we absolutely love our fur-babies, due to our commitment to preserving the quality and integrity of our Baxter furniture, we maintain a no-pet policy. We appreciate your understanding in helping us provide a pristine environment for all our guests.

For the comfort of our guests, smoking is only permitted in our outdoor courtyard and designated smoking areas. Smoking in our rooms and suites (including in balconies) is strictly prohibited.

 While we do not offer on-site parking, we can offer parking service with our nearby partners at a daily rate. We recommend reserving your spot in advance to ensure availability.

Check in starts from 15:00 and Check-out is made by 11:00. For the possibility of late check-out, please speak with our reception.

Maison 45 offers an á la carte breakfast experience exclusively for our guests, available as room service each morning  from 7am - 10:30am.  While we do not offer lunch or dinner services on-site, our concierge team is happy to assist in restaurant reservations or explore room service options.

Note:  Breakfast is served in-room or at the outdoor courtyard bar (weather permitting). During winter months or in case of bad weather, breakfast is served as room service for consumption in the hotel room only.
